Online & Local, In-Person Orders:
Each painting is meticulously crafted as a custom-made, made-to-order piece.
I'll keep you updated on the status of your order throughout this process. After completing your portrait, I'll send you pictures for approval. Your happiness is my priority, and I'm delighted to accommodate any reasonable changes or touch-ups—up to two revisions come at no additional charge.
Processing Time:
- Anticipate a production time of up to 3 weeks for the creation of your order.
Returns & Exchanges:
- Returns and exchanges are not accommodated. All orders are considered final.

For Local, In-Person Orders ONLY:
Deposit Requirement:
- All custom art orders require a $50 non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be deducted from the final cost of the painting.
Pick Up Timeline:
- The invoice must be paid in full, and the painting must be picked up within 30 days after you are notified that the painting is completed.
Unclaimed Artwork:
- The painting will be sold if it is not picked up after 30 days of notification.
- The profits from the sale will be donated to an animal shelter.
Exceptions:
- Deposit requirements, pick-up timeline, and unclaimed artwork policies do not apply to customers who pay in full upfront or place their orders online.
Returns & Exchanges:
- No refunds (returns or exchanges) are accepted for custom art orders. ALL ORDERS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL.
